Our Products

The Molaro Farm breeds pigs, cattle and poultry, grows various types of vegetables and produces its own sausages and salami. Its products are mainly used in the farm restaurant, this way guaranteeing fresh natural and safe products.

The salami and sausage production deals mainly with salami, bacon and prosciutto. These products are made using traditional methods without the addition of artificial colours or additives.

We are associated with the Coderno Dairy where our milk is transformed into the various types of cheese served in the restaurant such as stravecchio, fresh cheese, cheese used for the "frico", mozzarella, ricotta and stracchino.
